I just bought ESP Plus yesterday, and have created one "family" for myself. I created two other sample families and immediately deleted them, but the program now will not let me create any additional families -- it says I only get 4. But I only have one! Please help.

I just noticed my birth date is wrong on the "Family Information" screen, and I'm unable to correct it. How can I fix that?
And as a side note, I've been using the software for 6+ months and I've not noticed the error 'til a few weeks ago, and I tend to be the type of individual that would pick up immediately on an error like this (and I've probably viewed that screen 20+ times). So I'm inclined to think that the date changed on its own, but I don't know how to validate that.
