How do I get the social security benefits to increase each year at the rate of inflation?

These are adjusted

These are adjusted automatically. You should see the amount in the column stay the same all the way down the column revealing that it's adjusting for inflation. Our reports are all in current year dollars, which means a constant number is inflation adjusted.
