Why is the filing date the same for different maximum ages?

Re: Maximize My Social Security (MMSS)

I ran six MMSS What-Ifs where I changed just one input: Maximum Age (85,86,87,88,89,90).
But . . .
MMSS returned the same filing date (01/2023) for maximum ages 86 & 87 and . . .
MMSS returned the same filing date (05/2025) for maximum ages 89 & 90.

I was expecting to see six different filing dates, one for each maximum age (85-90).

This is the ESPlanner support, not MMSS, but my guess is that since age 70 is the "latest" date you can file, it's defaulting to age 70 even though you ask to file later?

Or perhaps that's not correct. Your question is about the benefits relation to filing dates. I can't answer that but am confident that the software is just telling you that if you model living to those ages, the correct filing date is listed.

Thanks.
