how do i find the answer to a question ?

How do i find the answer to a question I asked today ?
received a tracking number, but that is no help
Do I search on "how do I" as a topic ?
Does "save" post the question or is there some other button to use ?

If you created your question

If you created your question in a Support Ticket (I believe that's the one you are talking about), then you can revisit your support ticket and look at the thread there. Your support tickets are listed under "Support Tickets" in My ESPlanner (top right on the website). If you asked the question here--like this one--then you an just view this thread in the question forum as presumably you are now. :)
