Forum RSS Feeds?

Is there any chance of enabling an RSS feed for posts like we had on the old forum?

Thank you,

John

Hi John,
Does this work for you?

Dan:

In Chrome, clicking on the RSS Feed link gets a listing of the code, not a sign up for the feed.

Hmm. you are right. I will have to figure out what's going wrong there.

Works fine in IE and Firefox. I'll investigate.

Interesting, I can't get the RSS feed to work in Chrome on the old site either. I wonder if some plugin support is needed in Chrome?

I had to add this RSS feed add on to my Chrome browser to get it to handle the feed like FF or IE.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Also, I like the idea of using the New Comments section instead of the filter. Seems like it disappears as a heading when all of the unread comments have been reviewed. Not sure if that's bad or if it doesn't really matter.

I can leave them both for a bit, but a regular reader will really like the new content block so i might move it up higher on the right.

Having just learned how it works I like the new content list, but it would be nice if the header remained even if there were nothing new. Perhaps a replacement comment to the effect that "You're caught up on reading."?

Yeah, thanks for that idea! I wasn't sure I could do it, and it didn't work at first, but I finally figured out how to have a no results on the view return that text instead.
