I am a US citizen currently residing in Malaysia. Can E$Planner accommodate the tax implications of foreign residence? Thanks!

No, ESPlanner cannot directly

No, ESPlanner cannot directly handle the tax implications of foreign residence.
I don't know if it is practical to run ESPlanner as if you are a resident and use special receipts and special expenses to adjust for foreign residence.
