ESPBasic Stops working
Suddenly, all my profiles except 1 will not run. After starting Create a Report the following window opens "espbasic.exe has stopped working..." the program then quits and adobe acrobat opens but the report shows "results Missing"
Should I reinstall 2.34.1?
I'm running Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2003 on a Mac using VMware's Fusion version 8
UPDATE: The reports with "results Missing" show both our ages to be 0. I'll bet that's why ESPBasic fails to run. Since only some of the profiles of the same family are affected I suspect a corrupt database. Anyway to fix it?

James, I'd have to see this
James, I'd have to see this in a support ticket along with your database. It could be a piece of data missing somewhere in your data inputs--it could be a bad user defined asset if you are using Monte Carlo, etc. I'd have to see the database to help.

Create a support ticket and upload the database. But my guess is that a field is missing data. Try saving the profile as a copy and run the copy.
