Date of Birth

Hello,

I just noticed my birth date is wrong on the "Family Information" screen, and I'm unable to correct it. How can I fix that?

And as a side note, I've been using the software for 6+ months and I've not noticed the error 'til a few weeks ago, and I tend to be the type of individual that would pick up immediately on an error like this (and I've probably viewed that screen 20+ times). So I'm inclined to think that the date changed on its own, but I don't know how to validate that.

I don' recall the technical reason why, but that DOB can't be changed. You have to create a new family/profile.

All the database records are

All the database records are predicated on the DOB year. An oversight in the design. It could not have changed. You must have over looked it.
