Tax & Benefit Assumptions Printed in report
I've set Federal Income taxes to be changes and Part B Premium Change both in Year 2021. It seems to affect the Total Spending for Part B, but the report indicates I did not say either would be changed. No sure if it affected taxes. Is this just a problem in the Assumptions printed on the report, or am I not getting the change I've set?

It sounds like the way the inputs are recorded in the report. There will be a new update pushed out here in a few days. Perhaps that will address it. I would test by radically changing a year when taxes are otherwise even through the years.
