This folder has four tabs—General, Mortgages, Expenses, and Receipts—and asks you to enter information about property being used to generate income. In the general tab you are asked to enter information about ownership, purchase price, tax basis, tax losses, and real appreciation rate. This tab also asks you to indicate whether the property is residential or non-residential as well as if and when the property will be sold. The mortgage tab asks for existing or future mortgage information.
